Movie house just outside of very small town of Kinmount, Ontario! Started from one cinema Keith Stata built inside his house in 1979 and is now five cinemas with digital projectors and an amazing collection of memorabilia that is worth coming to see even if you don't like any of the movies on the marquee.

Queen Anne's Lace, a common weed that has a purple flower at the center of the bunch - the legend is that Queen Anne pricked her finger when making the lace and this is a spot of her blood!

 32 large stylized letters installed along Mississauga Street East in Orillia organized by the Streets Alive! program of the Orillia and District Arts Council

 

My favorite was this letter A by Laura Parna that had drums, strings, chimes and other things that you could play with -

 

William Sword Frost Jeweller - c. 1906 - first plate glass storefront in Orillia - Frost was mayor of Orillia, introduced Daylight Savings Time in the municipality during his tenure, and his son Leslie became premier of Ontario.

 Lightfoot was from Orillia - really just an alleyway!
