Title could be translated as the 'slow boob' - it opens with Raynaud, playing a presumably autobiographical character also named Caroline, worried because she was pregnant with a girl, remembering how when she was young in Provence she hoped she'd develop large breasts and then talked about being assaulted by boys her age as they developed, then moving to Paris and being exploited by porn makers and club owners.
Raynaud is very kinetic during the hour long monologue, disco dancing and jumping around as she mimics being in clubs and on the beach and men's often unwanted attention.
