Sparks

Yay! Got thanks from Sparks Official Facebook:
Umekichi did a version of "Come on a my house" in kimono that was an inadvertent callback to Sparks' Kimono My House cover photo.

My Brian Williams Moments

NBC anchor Brian Williams has been suspended without pay for six months for exaggerating an experience in 2003 during the Iraq war. He seemed to have reported it correctly at the time, but his story changed with time - I think this was just a memory drift - news people have to process lots of information that they don't need to remember the next day and that can cause our memories to change - the act of remembering something is always just a reconstruction, not a perfect image of a past event. I'm looking at some photos from a tornado I covered in 1996. Couldn't remember the rescued cat at all! Arthur tornado

Cat watches Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony in Barn, and The Magic Flute

c. August 14, 1995 - A cat watches the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony in a barn near Durham, Ontario.
Michael Schmidt is a dairy farmer who also used to put on concerts and operas in a barn until recently when the fire marshal said he had to make the barn up to code if he wanted to keep on doing it. I think they were playing Haydn's Creation.

Cat again.
Schmidt is also known for his struggle to be allowed to distribute unpasteurized milk
Some performers  were from the Six Nations reserve near Brantford. This is from 1996's production of The Magic Flute.
