Passenger Pigeon

Passenger Pigeon, taxidermy, Visitor Centre, Point Pelee National Park - totally extinct now due to industrial scale hunting, these used to darken the sky in North America with a flock of more than 3 billion birds reported in Ontario in 1866.

In Hurtubise House in Westmount, Quebec, there is a drawing of a bird on a wall that the volunteers think was a passenger pigeon.
