Balance Art World Festival, Remic Rapids, Ottawa, Aug 5, 2013

John Ceprano has been piling rocks to make sculptures in the Ottawa River at Remic Rapids since 1986. This is the second year he has hosted a festival. Ottawa Citizen Article
