Common yellowthroat, seemed to have been stunned by flying into window, Dottie the cat brought it in without doing it damage, I put it in tree, seemed to have recovered and flown away.

Horsetail
Common horsetails, Equisetum arvense, from one of the earliest families of plants. Spread by spores rather than seeds, they concentrate silica and can be used to clean or polish metals.
