Arista negative pages

I've been scanning negatives and I've found that colours have faded particularly on the ones sleeved in Arista negative pages that were sold by freestyle in the 90s. They do look and feel different from the Printfile and Qualide sleeves that were polyethylene, in that they are clearer and harder, so  I guess they were polypropylene. Hope they weren't PVC!!

Coiled Garter Snake

On a cool day, probably just awake from hibernation. Note the milky skin meaning that it will shed its skin soon.

Qadesh the Tiger

The very friendly Qadesh the tiger with Dan Dunlop, late 90s - the late Qadesh was so tame she visited senior's homes and people could pet her, sit on her and some even slept in the same bed with her! At now-closed Blondie's Adult Entertainment in London, Ontario. The show was marvelous. Jane the dancer that worked with Qadesh played flute and violin, but just before the show started, Dan leaned over and told me the last thing I wanted to hear: the other guy we were with flirted with guys if he started drinking. The audience was mostly bikers and military guys from CFB London, and this was still the 90s, and I actually had to rescue the same guy later on in another town from an angry redneck (to be more accurate his red neck and face literally turned purple after he saw my pal simulate anal intercourse with another man on the dance floor) who was trying to push him outside to the alley, presumably to beat the f*** out of him,  Fortunately he showed more restraint that night and we made it out alive after a great show.

Three deer in cornfield

Deer eating corn - snow has melted enough for them to get at corn on ground.
