Tugs attempting to pull freighter Whitefish Bay off rocks near Hamilton Island, St. Lawrence Seaway, Thursday morning, July 14, 2016. Freighter lost power and became stuck sideways across channel Tuesday, partially blocking traffic. Another tug, not visible, is tethered to the front end of the boat.
